Job Description
COMMERCIAL PROJECT DESIGNER (or Interior Architect if you desire to apply)
Who has the ability to interpret the client?s vision and ensure accuracy in commercial interiors design concept and planning for customer satisfaction and future business.
 
Job Purpose:
Responsible to provide consulting and overall turnkey design coordination including programming, space planning, furniture design and specification for multiple projects. 
 
Education/Training:
Required:  BS/BA Degree in Interior Design from accredited college
Experience:
Required:  2-3 Years of commercial design work experience
Desired:  Prior design experience in commercial interior architecture/design
 
Skills/Attributes:
Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative design portfolio
3D Visual Perception
Advanced AutoCAD experience
Ability to plan, schedule and manage the drawing process
Knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance
Accuracy in field measurements and dimensions
Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Possess proficient math skills
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
 
Software Skills:
AutoCAD xxxx+ Required
Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Exel, Publisher Required
xxxx Technologies Worksheet/CAP Studio/Giza
Google SketchUp or equivalent 3D Rendering Program
CRM Software
